Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Channel Sales to lead and scale our Channel Partner ecosystem across Delhi NCR. The role demands a strong industry network, leadership capability, and proven experience in driving channel-led sales for reputed real estate developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand the Channel Partner network across Delhi NCR.
- Drive channel-led sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders of brokerage firms.
- Conduct regular channel meetings, training, and engagement programs.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and site sales teams.
- Track channel performance and provide MIS and forecasts.
- Share competitor intelligence and market insights.
- Represent the company at broker meets and real estate events.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 6–12 years of experience in real estate channel sales.
- Mandatory experience with top developers of Delhi / Gurgaon.
- Strong network with IPCs and brokers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
