Key Responsibilities
- Program Development:
- Design and develop a certification program that aligns with industry standards and Blue Yonder software capabilities, including defining clear objectives and certification levels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create legally defensible certification exams and assessments that accurately measure proficiency.
- Develop a comprehensive curriculum and study materials to support candidate preparation, ensuring the program meets the needs of diverse learners and industries.
- Program Management:
- Oversee the administration of the certification program, including scheduling, registration, delivery, and maintaining certification records.
- Implement a certification maintenance process, including requirements for recertification and continuing education.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the certification program, making data-driven improvements as necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with internal teams, including Product Development, Professional Services, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of the certification program.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including clients and industry partners, to promote the certification program and gather feedback.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity, credibility, and legal defensibility of the certification program.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in certification and training, and legal standards related to certification exams.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain metrics to track the success and impact of the certification program.
- Provide regular reports to management on program performance, areas for improvement, and feedback from participants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and managing certification programs, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management; knowledge of Blue Yonder software and its applications is a plus.
- Certification in instructional design or a related field.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and online assessment tools.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Knowledge of legal standards and practices related to certification exams.
