Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Celigo Developer with deep expertise in NetSuite integrations to
design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance integration solutions using Celigo
Integrator.io. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business
stakeholders, and external systems to ensure reliable data flow across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Celigo & Integration Development
- Design, develop, and deploy Celigo (Integrator.io) flows for NetSuite integrations.
- Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- E-commerce (Shopify, Amazon, Magento, WooCommerce)
- 3PL / WMS / Shipping systems
- Payment gateways and financial systems
- Create and manage:
- Import & Export flows
- Lookups
- Transformations
- Error handling & retries
- Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
NetSuite Responsibilities
- Work extensively with NetSuite OneWorld.
- Strong understanding of:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Inventory, Accounting & Financials
- Build and consume:
- Saved Searches
- RESTlets / SuiteTalk (REST & SOAP)
- Collaborate with SuiteScript developers for complex integration logic.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Monitor Celigo dashboards and proactively resolve integration failures.
- Perform root cause analysis for data sync issues.
- Implement logging, alerts, and recovery mechanisms.
- Support production issues and enhancements during EST business hours.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical integration designs.
- Review and improve existing integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and provide best practices guidance.
- Participate in integration architecture discussions and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on Celigo Integrator.io experience.
- 5+ years of NetSuite development / integration experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- NetSuite records, transactions, and data model
- Saved Searches & custom records
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and web services.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in EST time zone.
Nice-to-Have
- SuiteScript 2.x experience
- Salesforce NetSuite integration experience
- Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or other iPaaS tools
- Celigo or NetSuite certifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce domains.
