IBM CDC Administrator

We are looking for an experienced IBM CDC Administrator to manage and support enterprise-scale Change Data Capture (CDC) and replication environments. The role involves installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IBM InfoSphere CDC
Key Responsibilities- Configure, and administer IBM InfoSphere CDC environments
- Create and manage CDC instances, subscriptions, and replication jobs
- Monitor replication performance and resolve data latency or failures
- Troubleshoot CDC issues related to source and target databases
- Coordinate with DBA, infrastructure, and application teams
- Perform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities
- Ensure high availability, data integrity, and operational stability
- Prepare operational documentation and support handover activities
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM InfoSphere CDC
- Strong understanding of Change Data Capture concepts
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, MySql
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell/Batch) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
