• Negotiate freight rates with US carriers to optimize profit margins and secure capacity
• Source trucks using DAT Power, Truckstop, and internal carrier databases
• Build and maintain a reliable virtual fleet of approved carriers
• Ensure strict carrier compliance including FMCSA verification, insurance checks, and fraud prevention
• Handle real-time issue resolution including detention, claims, OS&D, and payment disputes
• Manage load tracking compliance using tools like MacroPoint and Project44
• Coordinate with carriers during US night shifts for freight movement and execution
• Ensure adherence to No App, No Load and other operational compliance policies
• Maintain strong relationships with US trucking partners and carriers
• Support team operations and manage Track & Trace coordination activities
