Brik Oven Private Limited is a premium casual dining brand known for its wood-fired pizzas, curated beverages, and vibrant ambience. We are looking for an experienced Senior Captain to lead front-of-house operations in our Resto Bar format.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the service team during shifts.
Ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations.
Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service.
Monitor table turnover and service flow.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Train and mentor captains, stewards, and bar staff.
Support daily sales targets and upselling initiatives.
Maintain grooming and discipline standards among team members.
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of restaurant & bar service standards.
Good understanding of beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic).
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling ability.
Ability to handle peak hours and high-volume service.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing.
