Duties and Responsibilities
As a Senior Campaign Analyst, you will:
- Work cross-functionally with Production, Account Management, and Technology teams on behalf of clients to ensure successful email programs.
- Build platform-related solutions for clients, which includes:
- Participating in client meetings.
- Managing the client mailing calendar.
- Asset review.
- Campaign creation.
- Internal UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Overseeing external UAT.
- Change management.
- Managing the approval process.
- Reports generation.
- QA (Quality Assurance).
- Campaign scheduling.
- Post-deployment validation.
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for client issues/questions related to email campaigns.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction through timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Maintain campaign process and program documentation.
- Provide weekly account updates to BSA, Account team, and/or Client.
- Attend recurring Account meetings (internal and external).
- Track non-deployment activity and provide a monthly report to the Campaign Manager and Team Lead.
- Update/create Knowledge Base Articles and Client case studies as necessary.
- Develop campaign workflows for audience selection and segmentation, and deployment of campaigns across channels.
- Configure Email templates using approved HTML content & applying required personalization.
- Perform QC (Quality Control) on campaigns to ensure data, functional, and content accuracy.
- Work closely with external teams and stakeholders to ensure the completion of tasks on time.
- Provide post-deployment support, engaging in activities such as data analysis, monitoring, and comprehensive reporting.
- Build QC/SQL scripts based on campaign setup and requirements.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and other performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience:4+ years of relevant experience in a very hands-on role.
- Prioritization: Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Interactive Marketing: Strong interest in interactive marketing is essential.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Teamwork: Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working Knowledge of: HTML, Freemarker, JavaScript, API, SQL, Excel.
- ESP Clients: Knowledge of the Internet space and various ESP (Email Service Provider) Clients (Adobe, Unica, SFMC etc.).
- Client Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Motivation: Motivated to work in a dynamic, results-oriented Internet environment, focused on delivering excellent levels of service to customers.
- Customer Orientation: Totally customer-oriented; willingness to stretch to exceed customer expectations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on shifts.
