#This is for FULL -TIME role and Work From Office Opportunity.

Hiring: Senior Business Systems Analyst / Data Product Manager

Location: Hybrid Bangalore (once a week)

Shift: Regular IST hours (flexible for global calls)

Contract: 1 year

Interview Rounds: 23

Preference: Immediate joiners

Responsibilities:

• Work with HR, Finance, and Sustainability teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Manage product backlog, user stories, and release plans.
• Design and optimize business and data processes.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, Data Products, or Business Analysis.
• Strong in Tableau, Looker Studio, and GCP.
• Good understanding of HR and Finance systems.
• Knowledge of Workday, APIs, and data integrations.
