Position: SAP PP/MM Senior Business Systems Analyst & SAP Data Conversion Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP PP MM Senior Business Systems Analyst to support our SAP Production Planning (PP) & Materials Management (MM) modules. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing/enhance SAP MM/PP business processes, drive value, and support our organizational goals. The job also includes responsibility to oversee and manage data conversion projects related to SAP migration and merger acquisitions, as required.

SAP PP/MM Responsibilities

• Support the SAP PP and MM modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the organization.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging SAP capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
• Provide expert-level support for SAP PP module, troubleshooting issues, system configuration and ensuring timely.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for PP module.
• Manage and mentor a SAP MM business analyst, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in SAP PP & MM projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  
  

SAP Data Conversion Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders , including business analysts, functional consultants, and IT teams, to gather and analyse data conversion requirements for parts and BOMs.
• Data Mapping and Transformation: Implement data mapping and transformation processes for parts and BOMs to ensure accurate and efficient data migration from legacy systems to SAP environments.
• Data Extraction and Cleansing: Oversee the extraction, cleansing, and validation of parts & BOM data from source systems to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Data Load and Validation: Manage the data load process into SAP systems for all modules, including conducting data validation and oversee the reconciliation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Validate data conversion processes to ensure successful data migration.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve data conversion issues and discrepancies, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Data Conversion Management: Lead and manage data conversion projects, including project planning, and timeline management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, M&A Project Manager & SAP Integration Lead to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP MM/PP modules
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Professional certifications in SAP MM/PP modules are a plus.
• Experience in SAP data conversion, data migration, and data integration projects, with a focus on SAP migration and M &A projects.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.

• Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices.
• Relevant industry experience in sectors such as High-tech - Semiconductor.
