About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant Level 1 Product Owner/Business Analyst primarily supporting the integration of generative AI and agentic automation capabilities in the Claims & Recovery Product Team.
In this role, you will:
Perform the Team Product Owner/Business Analyst responsibilities as defined in the Wells Fargo Agile Playbook
Provide guidance to the Delivery Team through all phases of the product management life cycle from ideation to value realization.
Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog
Closely monitor sprint productivity against capacity and dynamically allocate work during the sprint
Build and maintain strong business and technology relationships
Act as a claims subject matter expert
Act as a Pega subject matter expert
Collaborate on projects and initiatives to identify impacts, manage and complete project tasks and milestones, providing frequent status updates
Clearly define and document process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria and other requirements documentation as applicable for complex functionality
Flexibility to work US shifts
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of Product Owner or equivalent experience delivering technology solutions in an agile environment, with demonstrated success leading and aligning multiple scrum teams toward shared business outcomes.
2+ year of Pega Smart Dispute experience
2 years of Debit Card, Credit Card, Online, ATM or ACH claims handling experience
Experience with integrating AI capabilities into customer or operational workflows.
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive decisionmaking, resolve conflict, and broker consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Experience delivering software products using agile/scrum principles, including backlog refinement, story definition, acceptance criteria, and valuebased prioritization.
Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, including the ability to manage crossteam dependencies, maintain clarity across multiple roadmaps, and ensure alignment among varied technical and business partners.
Proven ability to prioritize work across multiple teams, meet deadlines, and deliver in a fastpaced, dynamic, and complex environment.
Proficiency with JIRA (or similar Agile management tools), including managing multiteam boards and crossteam dependencies.
Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, fostering a culture of flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability.
Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable steps.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clarity across geographically distributed teams and virtual environments.
Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
