Responsibilities of the role:
- Engage in strategic planning and develop 360-degree planning approaches for new campaigns.
- Extract insights through data mining and articulate clear strategies.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external audiences across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all submissions.
- Secure industry recognition through awards at forums like FOM, Cannes, Smarties, and RAMAI.
- Oversee all aspects of client media campaigns across brands and media channels.
- Supervise and design media plans using relevant tools.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging contributions to creative media solutions.
- Proactively offer client inputs and directions, ensuring responsiveness to client needs.
- Initiate and drive quality analysis and cross-category case studies.
- Facilitate team development through on-the-job coaching and developmental training.

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 14 years of experience , with last 1 year in a similar role.
- Possess acute inquisitiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Exhibit strong business acumen for resource allocation and effective proposition selling to clients, with revenue responsibility.
- Understand 360-degree mediums (offline & online) and their impact on client businesses, including media buying, planning, brand investments, and tool utilization.
- Exhibit maturity and stature required to manage an existing team and clients effectively.
- Prioritize client and people management and servicing.
