Testing and tweaking are the bread and butter of any campaign's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by identifying and converting qualified leads in the digital marketing space.
  • Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, content marketing, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Understand client goals and challenges and craft tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of mid to high-ticket clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and build lasting client relationships for renewals and upsells.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Must-have: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software.
