This role is designed for those who want to build a long-term career in SaaS and Go-To-Market (GTM). As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will sit at the frontline of Mindtickle's growth engine - owning the first conversation with potential customers and shaping how Mindtickle shows up in the market. If your goal is to become a high-impact GTM Operator in the future - someone who understands buyers, messaging, pipelines, and revenue motion - this role gives you the hands-on exposure to get there.

  • 5+ years of experience
  • US Timezone
  • Have completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Are curious, driven, and motivated by goals and outcomes
  • Enjoy speaking with new people and building professional relationships
  • Acquire and demonstrate proficiency in cold calling and objection handling.
  • Obtain a wealth of experience in cold calling and adeptly handling objections.
  • Get hold of comprehensive sales tools experience, with a preference for familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and more.
  • Having an in-depth understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools, such as DemandBase.
  • Are motivated, strategic, focused, and persistent in nature.
