Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Bengaluru. This is a full-time role where you will develop and nurture client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue generation strategies. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing business development plans, conducting market research, building partnerships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.   • Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Analytics Tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) or IT Services industries is an advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
