Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives across the US, Europe, and Middle East regions. The role requires strong experience in IT services, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct detailed research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitor activity across global markets.
Analyse data to understand customer needs, buying behavior, and challenges.
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities globally.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, and digital channels.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
Understand client requirements and position services accordingly.
Sales Presentations and Proposals
Prepare tailored presentations and proposals based on client needs.
Clearly communicate value propositions to drive business conversations.
Negotiation and Closing
Lead contract negotiations and finalise deals.
Ensure agreements meet business and client expectations.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with product, delivery, and marketing teams to align strategies.
Share client feedback to support service improvement.
Metrics and Reporting
Define KPIs to measure business development outcomes.
Report on pipeline, progress, and revenue forecasts.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention
Maintain strong client relationships post-onboarding.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Pipeline Management
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage priorities effectively.
Adaptability and Resilience
Adjust strategies based on market shifts and client feedback.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
15+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
Strong experience in IT services and global market exposure (US, Europe, Middle East).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
