Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth across Digital Transformation, Product and Services offerings.
- Design and Develop reusable Business Case Studies and Documents to be leveraged in Discussions
- Manage lead-generation initiatives by reaching out to potential clients and building strong engagement with key industry stakeholders, including CXOs and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings to maintain relationships and ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and performance goals.
- Secure new business opportunities while strengthening and retaining existing client relationships for long-term success.
- Schedule and conduct strategic calls with CXOs to present offerings, understand business needs, and drive successful conversions.
- Oversee client-side coordination during strategic sessions involving top industry professionals and internal representatives.
- Oversee client-level account management, ensuring all project timelines, deliverables, and service expectations are consistently met.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in business consulting, with expertise in IT Products, Services and Staffing Solutions
- Strong experience in engaging with senior executives, including CXOs, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Extensive experience in managing client relationships, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue goals within the technology solutions sector.
- Proficiency in developing strategic solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple discussions and client demands effectively.
- Proven ability to manage long-term B2B client relationships and oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
