Business Development & Account Growth:
- Identify and convert upsell & cross-sell opportunities across events, creatives, audience acquisition & lead generation.
- Pitch integrated marketing solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Build compelling proposals, presentations & commercials that win business.
- Drive repeat business, long-term partnerships & revenue targets.
- Contribute directly to the company's growth strategy.
Client Servicing & Account Management:
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead projects from brief planning execution post-event closure.
- Ensure seamless delivery across events & lead generation campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive communication.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth invoicing & payment closures.
What We're Looking For
- 5 plus years of experience in the Event / Experiential Marketing industry.
- Strong background in Client Servicing, Account Management & Business Development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients & fast-paced projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & commercial acumen.
- Revenue-focused mindset with relationship-first approach.
