Techolas Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities:-
- High-Volume Calling: Conduct 80100 quality outbound calls daily to prospective students.
- High-Ticket sales: Product range starts more than 50000 INR
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Consultative Closing: Guide students through our tech curriculum and close sales by addressing career pain points and overcoming objections.
- Pipeline Management: Rigorously follow up with hot and warm leads to ensure zero leakage in the sales funnel.
- CRM Accuracy: Maintain real-time updates of all lead interactions and sales stages.
Candidate Requirements:-
- Experience:1+ years in EdTech sales or high-ticket B2C phone sales.
- Skills: Strong pitching ability with a high degree of emotional intelligence and persistence.
- Mindset:Result-oriented and comfortable with a performance-linked incentive structure.
- Communication:Fluent in Malayalam with the ability to build rapport over a 10-minute call. Basic English language also required
- Availability:Ready to work in a high-pressure environment, including weekends (with a compensatory off).
