Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, NDT, and material testing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead tendering processes, including bid preparation and negotiation.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Mentor and guide junior BD team members.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong experience in business development within construction, NDT, or testing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Good network within industry (developers, contractors, consultants).
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Location: Pune

Experience: 8–15 years

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in brownfield and infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and multi-channel sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
