Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, NDT, and material testing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Lead tendering processes, including bid preparation and negotiation.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
- Mentor and guide junior BD team members.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
- Strong experience in business development within construction, NDT, or testing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good network within industry (developers, contractors, consultants).
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Experience: 8–15 years
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in brownfield and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and multi-channel sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
