Job purpose:
Developing and managing client base for Azilen Product Engineering Services with a strong understanding of the B2B Service Selling industry for South Africa.
Who you are:
- International Business Development At least 10 years of experience in acquiring and managing clients from global markets, especially in software or IT services.
- Consultative Selling Ability to understand complex client needs and propose custom tech solutions (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, or Product Engineering).
- Sales Strategy & Forecasting Skilled in planning, executing, and tracking region-specific sales strategies and performance metrics.
- Experience in Emerging Tech Sales Especially in AI/ML-driven solutions or data-focused product engineering.
- Market Research & Intelligence Expertise in researching new markets, identifying business opportunities, and gathering insights to guide outreach.
- Networking & Relationship Management Strong relationship-building with CXOs and decision-makers across regions.
- Communication & Negotiation Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at cross-cultural communication and enterprise-level negotiations.
- Ownership & Autonomy Proven ability to manage geography or vertical independently, from lead generation to deal closure.
