Job Overview -
Social Booster Media is a US-based marketing agency looking for a Hunter sales professional to join our team in Pune. You will not just be setting appointments; you will be managing the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing deals with US business owners.
We are not looking for a generic telecaller. We need a strategic sales partner who speaks American English fluently, writes compelling copy, and understands how to sell high-ticket marketing services
Responsibilities-
- Outbound Prospecting: Run high-volume, personalized cold email campaigns using our tech stack.
- Social Selling: Execute a LinkedIn Sales Navigator strategy to connect with decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs) and start conversationsno spammy bots.
- Closing: Conduct discovery calls and demo presentations via Zoom to close new contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean CRM and report weekly on KPIs (Open rates, Reply rates, Meetings Booked, Revenue Closed).
Required-
- Native-Level English: Your spoken and written English must be indistinguishable from a native US speaker. No heavy accents; perfect grammar is non-negotiable.
- Agency Experience: 3+ years selling digital services (SEO, PPC, Web Design) or SaaS to the US market. You understand terms like ROAS, CPA, and Lead Gen.
- Copywriting Skills: You know how to write emails that get opened. You avoid formal phrases like Greetings of the day and instead write conversational, punchy US-style copy.
- Tech Savvy: Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), and Email Automation tools.
