Job Summary
We seek a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead B2B lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director, you'll leverage digital marketing insights (Meta/LinkedIn ads), CRM tools, and industry networks to secure high-value office design projects, minimizing design reworks through proactive client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect enterprise/SME clients (IT, consulting, startups) via LinkedIn outreach, Meta ads analysis, and industry events; target 20+ qualified leads monthly.
- Build and nurture client relationships through consultations, RFPs, and proposals; convert 30% of leads into signed projects valued at 50L+.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to scope projects, integrate client feedback early, and reduce reworks by 25% via clear SOPs.
- Manage CRM (e.g., Zoho/ HubSpot) for lead tracking, pipeline forecasting, and post-project upsell opportunities.
- Analyze marketing campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn) to refine targeting; partner with marketing on content for lead magnets like case studies.
- Negotiate contracts, achieve quarterly revenue targets (2Cr+), and report KPIs on win rates, CAC, and LTV.
- Stay ahead of office design trends (hybrid workspaces, sustainability) and competitor moves in the Indian market.
