Your Opportunity:

This isn't just another BD role. You'll have full ownership of your pipeline, the autonomy to lead outreach and deals end-to-end, and the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy with visibility across leadership, delivery, and marketing teams.

Role Overview:

As Lead, you will drive business growth across geographies by developing new client relationships, expanding key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. You'll work closely with delivery and marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company growth objectives
  • Drive new client acquisition and manage complete enterprise deal cycles
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities
  • Collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to create tailored proposals and pitches
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and client relationship management
  • Represent SentientGeeks at industry events, forums, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT services/software sales
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, especially in digital, cloud, ERP, or data-driven solutions
  • Experience with mid-sized IT firms or startups in fast-paced environments
  • Strong solution-selling, consultative sales, and global delivery understanding
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building processes and teams from scratch
