Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager at our Saharanpur location. The role involves driving business growth by developing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and executing new business opportunities, and expanding the company's customer base. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing a team of agents, and ensuring effective sales processes are in place. The position also includes analyzing market trends, providing training and motivation to the sales force, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
