Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Business Development

Manager to drive sales and business growth for our Drone Pilot Training (RPC), Robotics,

and UAV Design courses. The role focuses on student enrolments, institutional tie-ups,

and bulk training programs, with clear ownership of revenue generation.

This is a core sales role directly contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and enrolments for:
  • DGCA-approved Drone Pilot Training (RPC)
  • Robotics and Design courses
  • Generate and convert leads through:
  • Colleges, universities, and educational institutions
  • Training partners and EdTech collaborations
  • Government, CSR, and skill development programs
  • Build and manage institutional and bulk training partnerships
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations,
  • and closures
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and training teams to maximize batch occupancy
  • Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and performance reports
  • Represent Pavaman Aviation at meetings, expos, and industry events

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • 58 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, NSDC Skill Development, Aviation,
  • Drones, Robotics, and schemes like PMKVY, TSSDC, APSSDC, etc
  • Proven ability to close high-value training programs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • Familiarity with South Indian education and training markets is an advantage
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused
