We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Business Development
Manager to drive sales and business growth for our Drone Pilot Training (RPC), Robotics,
and UAV Design courses. The role focuses on student enrolments, institutional tie-ups,
and bulk training programs, with clear ownership of revenue generation.
This is a core sales role directly contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and enrolments for:
- DGCA-approved Drone Pilot Training (RPC)
- Robotics and Design courses
- Generate and convert leads through:
- Colleges, universities, and educational institutions
- Training partners and EdTech collaborations
- Government, CSR, and skill development programs
- Build and manage institutional and bulk training partnerships
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations,
- and closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with marketing and training teams to maximize batch occupancy
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and performance reports
- Represent Pavaman Aviation at meetings, expos, and industry events
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- 58 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, NSDC Skill Development, Aviation,
- Drones, Robotics, and schemes like PMKVY, TSSDC, APSSDC, etc
- Proven ability to close high-value training programs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales
- Familiarity with South Indian education and training markets is an advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused
