We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad location. The successful candidate will lead business development initiatives, identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to create tailored training solutions, negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Performance measurement for this role will involve reaching sales goals and driving market expansion.

• Business development and client relationship management skills, including expertise in negotiation and sales strategy.
• Strong understanding of professional training domains such as data science, cloud computing, and AI, especially generative AI and automation testing tools.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills, with a focus on achieving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
• Experience in the education, training, or technology industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
