Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our on-site team in Navi Mumbai for a full-time position. The role involves identifying and building relationships with potential clients, driving business growth through strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. You will develop and execute business development strategies, conduct market research, and lead negotiations with key stakeholders. Collaboration with internal teams and managing client relationships to deliver tailored solutions are key components of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Account Management
  • Proven skills in Market Research, Sales Planning, and Revenue Generation
  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation abilities
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention Strategy
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented professional with leadership capabilities
  • Experience in property technology (prop-tech) or community management solutions is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline; MBA is a plus
