We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager in Ahmedabad to drive growth in the luxury furniture, furnishings, interiors, and home dcor segments. This role involves managing enterprise business, building strong networks with architects and interior designers, and driving outreach and conversion strategies to expand the client base for a luxury brand based out of Udaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee enterprise business operations.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry professionals including architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and engage new prospects to introduce products and services.
- Explore and capitalize on business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to convert leads using catalogs, offers, and promotional tools.
- Drive client outreach initiatives and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Create tailored presentations and proposals based on client needs.
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team.
- Mentor, guide, and support team members to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and uncover opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans for growth and increased market penetration.
- Ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Be willing to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury furniture, furnishings, interiors, or home dcor.
- Proven success in business development and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in team building and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute business growth plans.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
