Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager (Sr Manager /AGM - BD, based in Hyderabad. He/she will identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Clinical Trials Business, across domestic and global healthcare and pharmaceutical markets. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, preparing proposals, and leading negotiations to close contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include pipeline management, market and competitor analysis, participation in industry events, and regular reporting on revenue forecasts and growth initiatives to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, or account management within clinical research, Clinical trials, CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services environments.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.;Good understanding of Clinical trials and other clinical research services such as bioanalytical studies, clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory affairs.;Proficiency in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with scientific and operational teams.Ability to develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans, including market research, competitive analysis, and revenue forecasting.
  • Bachelor's /Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; a master's degree (MBA or relevant discipline) is preferred; Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications to manage pipelines, reporting, and client communications.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
