Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, client discussions, and updates in Excel or CRM tools.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits or meetings with sales managers based on client interest.
- Assist clients during site visits by showing project flats and sharing maps, directions, and other details.
- Sit with the sales manager during client closings to understand the process and gradually adapt to it.
- Learn about ongoing projects through brochures, presentations, and training sessions.
- Support the sales team in arranging customer meetings, events, and weekend campaigns.
- Handle client queries by providing clear, correct, and timely information.
- Share client feedback with the team to help improve communication and services.
