Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, developing and executing strategic growth plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction to align with organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical skills for market research and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and industry trends is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business development or a related role, preferably in design, technology, or digital marketing sectors
