Position: Consulting Alliance Sales
Nature of work
This is an Alliance Manager position in the consulting sales function where the person is responsible for generating new business opportunities with consulting organizations like EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture etc. for the purpose of sales.
Reports to: Sr. manager / DGM (Global Strategic Alliances)
Qualification and Experience
- Management and/ or engineer graduate from an institute of repute with 8-12 years of experience of selling S/W products and solutions
- Experience in working with/along with Big 4 Consulting Companies will be an added advantage
- Must have experience in selling to C level in BFSI, Government and Enterprise sectors
Skill Set Required
- Passionate for sales with burning desire to achieve results
- Self-motivated and go-getter personnel who can drive sales independently
- A good understanding of Enterprise Solutions with strong experience of selling high ticket value-based solutions
- Social person with good PR Skills and having strong relationship in Consulting sector
- Experience of Selling Software Products/Solutions in Banking & Enterprise sector
- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same
- Ability to do connect with desired stake holders & do mapping of Key Decision Makers and Key Influential's at CXO levels
- Working with Big 4 Consulting partner on large and complex deals
- Driving common interest with effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to conceptualize solutions and articulate them with prospects to develop business opportunities and sales
- Requires excellent oral and written communications skills including effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent business acumen and command of spoken and written English
- Should be open for travel as the role requires travelling for sales closures
Key Responsibilities
- Build Mindshare and activities to build practice and make Newgen partner of choice for the Big 4 Consulting organizations
- Generate Sales Lead, Build Pipeline, Convert Pipeline to Sales Numbers with Big 4 Consulting partners
- Develop and grow the Banking and Enterprise customers for Newgen products & solution
- Meeting Quarterly & Annual Target for the Sales
- Work closely with Pre-sales and delivery to have the winning proposal to WIN the deals
- Strategize the Winning approach for the opportunities and accounts
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics
- Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients and partners to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business
