Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SeniorBusiness Development Manager to join our Gurugram office and lead the end-to-end sales cycle for our IT services and custom software development offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, international client acquisition, and a proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients across the USA and European markets.

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting, effective lead management, and closing high-value deals, while collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Handle inbound leads promptly and professionally to ensure seamless conversion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and networking.
  • Conduct research on target industries, client requirements, and market trends to tailor pitches and craft customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare compelling, client-centric proposals.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, expos, webinars, and virtual networking forums.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of pipeline activities, sales metrics, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 58 years of B2B sales experience in IT services with a strong focus on custom software development.
  • Proven success in international business development (USA and Europe).
  • Strong outbound lead generation and prospecting skills using modern digital platforms and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or a technical background is a strong advantage.
  • Prior experience representing organizations at technical events, expos, or industry webinars.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, and email automation platforms.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones (EST and CET) to align with international clients.
