Overview:
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic business development and revenue growth across key accounts. This role will focus on building high-value partnerships with organizations that own and monetize event spaces, while shaping the company's go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and define the business development strategy for the account.
- Build and nurture CXO-level relationships to unlock large-scale, long-term partnerships
- Drive revenue growth through high-value deals, strategic alliances, and multi-year contracts
- Identify new monetization opportunities across event IPs, venue inventory, and brand collaborations
- Work closely with leadership to define pricing strategy, market positioning, and expansion plans
Key requirements:
- 8–15+ years of experience in business development/revenue roles within events, media, or hospitality
- Strong existing network with senior stakeholders in the C-suite
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals and strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring and negotiations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Background:
- Experience in leading roles within event agencies, media sales, Television or hospitality (events/banquets)
- Exposure to brand partnerships, sponsorships, IP creation, and experiential marketing

- Team performance, pipeline strength, and conversion rates
