Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic business development and revenue growth across key accounts. This role will focus on building high-value partnerships with organizations that own and monetize event spaces, while shaping the company's go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and define the business development strategy for the account.
  • Build and nurture CXO-level relationships to unlock large-scale, long-term partnerships
  • Drive revenue growth through high-value deals, strategic alliances, and multi-year contracts
  • Identify new monetization opportunities across event IPs, venue inventory, and brand collaborations
  • Work closely with leadership to define pricing strategy, market positioning, and expansion plans

Key requirements:

  • 8–15+ years of experience in business development/revenue roles within events, media, or hospitality
  • Strong existing network with senior stakeholders in the C-suite
  • Proven track record of closing large-ticket deals and strategic partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in deal structuring and negotiations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in leading roles within event agencies, media sales, Television or hospitality (events/banquets)
  • Exposure to brand partnerships, sponsorships, IP creation, and experiential marketing

Key metrics (role)

  • Overall revenue growth and profitability from key accounts
  • Strategic partnerships and long-term contracts secured
  • Expansion into new markets / partner categories
  • Team performance, pipeline strength, and conversion rates
