Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible to make Sales team by recruiting Insurance Advisors of various profile. Scheduling their IRDA Exam & Product training, Venue & dates.

Organize Marketing Events, Promotions and publishing advertisements.

To motivate Advisors to sale insurance products and provide them necessary training support JFW for selling.

Responsible for achieving Monthly targets in Nos & Revenue.

Targets setting with advisors and monitoring their calls reports, guide them work accordingly that shall enhance productivity.

Leadership and Team Management skills

Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
