Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include market research, negotiation, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves presenting solutions to gated communities and other relevant stakeholders while collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Proficiency in business development, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in market research, data-driven decision-making, and competitive analysis
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage sales pipelines effectively
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and team collaboration skills
  • Background in the community management, real estate, or technology sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
