Role Description

The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing key accounts. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing strategic business initiatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer engagement and satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Business and Account Management practices
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
