Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive located in Govindpuri Kalkaji. The Senior Business Development Executive will handle lead generation, identify new business opportunities, and manage client relationships. Daily responsibilities include developing strategies to drive growth, nurturing leads, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and managing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The role emphasizes collaboration and strategic planning to achieve targeted business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to secure and expand opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective negotiation, client interactions, and team collaboration.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and build data-driven strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development, particularly in waste management or sustainability, is a plus.
