Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with 8+ years of proven experience in handling international markets, particularly USA, Europe, and other global regions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end sales, client acquisition, and relationship management in overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international markets (USA, Europe, etc.)
- Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations
- Achieve revenue targets and growth objectives consistently
- Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure smooth project handover
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client requirements
- Represent the company in international meetings, calls, and virtual demos
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a BDE / Sales / Business Development professional
- Strong exposure to international sales and global clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of closing high-value international deals
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Strong understanding of IT services / software solutions (as applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with USA & European markets
- Knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or international lead-generation tools
- Prior experience in IT / SaaS / Digital Services domain
