We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with 8+ years of proven experience in handling international markets, particularly USA, Europe, and other global regions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end sales, client acquisition, and relationship management in overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international markets (USA, Europe, etc.)
  • Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
  • Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations
  • Achieve revenue targets and growth objectives consistently
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure smooth project handover
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client requirements
  • Represent the company in international meetings, calls, and virtual demos

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a BDE / Sales / Business Development professional
  • Strong exposure to international sales and global clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of closing high-value international deals
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Strong understanding of IT services / software solutions (as applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with USA & European markets
  • Knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or international lead-generation tools
  • Prior experience in IT / SaaS / Digital Services domain
