Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Business Development Executive located in Jaipur. The role involves driving new business development, identifying and generating leads, and managing relationships with clients to expand the company's reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential markets, identifying sales opportunities, fostering strong communication with stakeholders, managing client accounts, and creating strategies to achieve business growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalise on opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Business strategies and practices, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in Account Management, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or certifications in Business Development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing industry and understanding of agile methodologies is advantageous.
