We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior BDE/BDM who has proven expertise in lead conversion, client handling, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in converting qualified leads into long-term business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound Leads generated through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, website inquiries, references, etc.).
- Should have expertise in lead conversion .
- Qualify, nurture, and convert leads into active clients.
- Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism to drive successful closures.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct product/service demos, negotiations, and finalize deals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 48 years of proven experience as a BDE/BDM in IT, mobile app development , website development ,Digital Marketing, SaaS, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in lead conversion and closing sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create strong presentations and proposals.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
- Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
