Hiring for the position of Business Development Executive
Exp: 3-10 years
Location : Hyderabad/Chennai/Delhi
Objective The BDM will drive new business acquisition for IT consulting services across Cloud, Data, AI, and Digital Engineering.
This role is revenue-focused, with accountability for pipeline creation, deal closure, and long-term client growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
• 3-10 years of experience in India and the US Market.
• Proven experience selling IT services/consulting, not products.
• Strong understanding of solution selling.
• Ability to articulate value, ROI, and business outcomes.
• Pricing, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
• Hunter mindset (new logos). • High energy, ownership, and resilience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership. Key responsibilities New Business Acquisition
• Identify and acquire new clients in:
o Mid-market o Enterprises o Global clients (US / Europe / APAC)
• Sell services such as:
o Cloud migration & optimization
o Data engineering & analytics
o AI/GenAI solutions o Digital engineering & managed services
• Own end-to-end sales cycle:
o Lead generation o Discovery & qualification
o Proposal & pricing
o Negotiation & closure Pipeline & Account Development
• Build and manage qualified sales pipeline
• Work with delivery & pre-sales teams to craft solutions.
• Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery. Market & Relationship Management
• Build strong CXO and decision-maker relationships.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and virtual meets.
• Track competitors, pricing, and market positioning
