Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover business prospects.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions and services.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to support client acquisition and retention.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, forecasts, and key metrics to management.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize strategies for better results.

Team Collaboration & Leadership (For AM/DM level)

  • Guide junior team members and support their development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred for AM/DM).
  • Proven track record of 38 years in business development, B2B/B2C sales, or client management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
