About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior BDE to lead sales initiatives, achieve high targets, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct field visits and close high-value deals

Guide and mentor junior sales team members

Monitor team performance and support improvements

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements

Proven track record in achieving sales targets
