We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Senior Business Development Executive to join our high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Digital Experience Platforms, Cloud, Data & AI services.
• Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into sales opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic outreach for target accounts across US/EMEA/APAC
• Work closely with internal solution teams to align proposals with customer needs
• Manage CRM hygiene maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasting and activity tracking
• Participate in RFP/RFI processes, proposal creation and pricing support
• Build strong relationships with ecosystem partners including Microsoft, Kentico, Sitecore, etc.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives webinars, events and outbound campaigns
• Required Skills & Competencies
• 4+ years of proven IT sales/business development experience
• Prior experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics, DXP (Kentico, Drupal, Sitecore), Cloud, or Data & Analytics services preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Experience working with international clients (US/UK preferred)
• Ability to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
