We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will focus on expanding our Accounting and Financial Services clientele. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, build relationships with accounting firms, CPAs, and small to mid-sized businesses in the US, and promote our outsourced finance and accounting solutions.
This role requires someone who is highly driven, financially literate, and passionate about business growth. The selected candidate will work closely with our US-based Account Manager to convert qualified leads and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Accounting, Finance, and Bookkeeping sectors via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM and outreach tools.
- Present Qualified Recruiter's accounting solutions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, tax preparation, and financial reporting services to decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential outsourcing opportunities in finance and accounting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals, pricing models, and presentations.
- Manage client communications, nurture relationships, and ensure long-term engagement.
- Track and report lead generation, conversions, and business development metrics.
Required Skills:
- Understanding of Accounting and Finance processes, including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax management.
- Strong ability to communicate financial services to US-based clients and accounting firms.
- Experience in B2B Sales, preferably with finance or outsourcing solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in cold calling and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email campaigns, and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Accounting or BPO industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed business development targets.
- Highly organized and results-oriented professional.
