About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive / Demand
Generation Specialist to accelerate our growth in the Data Analytics services and solutions space.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the data ecosystem, can identify market
opportunities, and consistently generate qualified leads and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the Data Analytics and services domain
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
Demand Generation
• Execute outbound strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Generate high-quality leads aligned with target industries and buyer personas GTM Strategy & Execution
• Contribute to and execute go-to-market strategies for analytics services and solutions
• Identify new market segments, verticals, and partnership opportunities
• Position offerings effectively based on client needs and market trends
Gap Analysis & Performance Improvement
• Analyze gaps in current sales and marketing performance
• Recommend actionable strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency
• Track key metrics and provide insights to leadership Client Engagement
• Understand client business challenges and map them to data analytics solutions
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Deliver compelling presentations and value propositions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Demand Generation
• Strong experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, or related services domain
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Hands-on experience with cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales
• Strong understanding of services-based business models
• Experience in GTM strategy execution
Preferred Skills
• Experience selling Data Analytics services (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and gap analysis
