Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced Senior Business Development Executives to drive growth, expand the client base, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and business strategy, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Create and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
- Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure
- Meet monthly business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and client updates
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 45 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and work in a fast-paced business environment
- Good understanding of marketing, PR services, and industry dynamics (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
