We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified sales meetings through outbound outreach.
This is a performance-owned role where your primary responsibility is to create new business opportunities by identifying prospects, reaching out to them, qualifying interest, and booking meetings for the sales team.
This is not a support role or a passive calling job. You will be accountable for real sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential business prospects
- Research for the buying intent from the various relevant sources
- Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Initiate conversations and build interest in meetings
- Qualify prospects based on basic business needs and readiness
- Book sales-qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
- Follow structured sales processes and targets
- Work closely with the sales team to support pipeline growth
Performance Expectations

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- Strong communication skills (English)
- Confident in speaking with business decision-makers
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willing to work from the Bangalore office
